We partnered with Fudlore to create the brand name. Then we crafted new messaging and focused their tone-of-voice; all of which helped us create their brand identity. We built Fudlore a brand that looks African, modern and playful, but still mature to attract the target audience. With a smile at the end.
We we’re looking for a branding agency that seemed to care about the world and the wider community, a rare find, but these guys have soul rather than just being creative and trendy.

We started from a strategic platform, using a prototypical process involving the client in building the creative idea with an iterative journey approach. Expressing the values of the new African food brand paradigm… we then gave shape to the clients’ desires by translating them into infinite opportunities.
Fudlore is about African food knowledge and tradition that is transferred from generation to generation.
The logo, a tangible representation of the startup, is illustrated in an iteration of people, sun and single celtic or adinkra symbol symbol—dynamic and flexible with a bright color palette. The logo can transform to other shapes and figures, making the whole look and feel of food satisfaction easy to understand.
The logo font was used for its raw, friendly, playful, traditional look. Whic also reflects the personality of the brand.
Leveraging the infinite possibilities, we extended the identity to a series of motion design elements to create a unique and consistent visual experience.
